Requirements

We are currently looking for expert ServiceNow Consultants. The consultants will be working remotely until the business returns to 'COVID-normal' due to the current public health situation.

Following are the required skills and experience for these positions:

  • Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • ServiceNow ITSM Configuration and Development skills.
  • Ability to consultatively engage with our customers and provide guidance
  • Experience in CSM, GRC or SecOps will be a plus
  • Hands-on technical role
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
